The food and service were both great! I will definitely come back. There is parking in the front and the back lot. Tacos La Opcion is a cute local spot that's a must try.

Came in for an impromptu lunch and found a hidden gem with friendly staff and delicious tacos. I ordered two carne asada, one al pastor, and one fish taco and my favorite was the al pastor. The meat was tender and flavorful and was one of my favorites al pastor tacos I've ever had. I used to not like al pastor but I realized I just haven't had GOOD al pastor tacos until now. The topping and sauce bar was very nice, and I appreciate the options offered. The lady there was kind, and the ambiance made me feel like I was at her home. This was my first taco meal since landing in LA and it's already starting off strong!

Everything here tastes like it's supposed to: Familiar and tasty. The staff is friendly, the servings are generous, and there's a small salsa bar that has a nice selection of good salsas and pickled and fresh toppings. They even have a good selection of self-serve beverages. The restaurant space is pretty small and kind of scrappy, but in a "don't judge a book by its cover" kind of way. I've only been here on a couple of weekend afternoons so I don't know whether or when it gets busy. I recommend that you dine in if you come. Don't tell your friends though bc I want to be able to get a table the next time I visit.

Excellent chille relleno with rice and beans, love the al pastor and other tacos. Great reliable place.

...if you order from a food delivery service and complain about cold food, get off your lazy ... and pick it up. It's made fresh and hot off the grill. Sense is not so common.

Everything I've gotten here is delicious, but my favorites are the tostada and taquitos. The asada fries and nachos are second favorites. The drinks are yummy too! Portions are large, service is fast. Interior is small but colorful.

This is a fantastic little hole in the wall. Not remotely luxurious. So if you're picky about the decor, ambience,... there that in mind before you go. Seems to be a family run place. Ordered a breakfast burrito and I have to tell you it was fantastic. Fresh salsa bar in the corner with fresh made salsa ranging from mild to hot. Very friendly, very, very good service. Food is hearty. Leave your carb counter at home. I ordered their tacos de tripa. I had never had fried tripe before. I liked it. They are very small, but remember packed with LDL, and fried on top of that. I had only one. The breakfast burrito was huge, heavy, and yummy. It was a late breakfast so I skipped lunch and had dinner. If you're in the neighborhood, or a local, I would recommend this place if you like authentic Mexican cuisine.

I visited today for lunch and ordered the combination with a cheese enchilada and a taco dorado (hard shell taco) with beef. Everything was delicious, and the service was pleasant. It's a small place on Washington Blvd, just a block east of the Costco near Lincoln Blvd. They have a decent salsa bar with mild and spicy salsa, marinated carrots, radishes, etc. Sadly I didn't have a chance to take a photo of the food, as I ate it too quickly. I'd be happy to go back and visit again.

Good little Mexican restaurant not far from our house. I ordered the #2 with cheese enchiladas (my favorite!), black beans and rice. Boyfriend had the beef burrito with refried beans and rice, and a coke. $30 with a 15% tip. Lunch came with two small containers of tortilla chips which tasted homemade, and a trip to the fresh salsa bar with several tasty salsas and pickled vegetables. Lady running the place is polite and friendly. Cute little restaurant painted in bright colors. Small parking lot in the back. We will be back.
